Christoph Jung
Service Manager
Remote
With every Wingfield Court installed, ensuring happy customers becomes increasingly complex. To scale sustainably, we are looking for customer success guarantors for our service team to continue writing our success story together.
What to expect.
As a bridge between our customers and our product development, you will receive support requests, solve problems, and structure feedback. However, you will also significantly influence our processes and approaches to Customer Success Management. As a Customer Success Manager, you will also...
open and set up the US market with your process management and ideas.
manage intersections with our key accounts in the US, especially with a leading Pickleball franchise.
manage our service channels (chats, e-mails, hotline) and process incoming support cases, but often also conduct initial calls with potential customers.
support our customers remotely during installation, conduct onboarding with new customers, and closely accompany subsequent kick-off phases.
report product bugs and forward urgent problems to our development team.
manage logistics, including warehousing, sendings to our customers, and returns.
independently create reports on customer satisfaction.
structure customer feedback and independently develop conclusions for our Customer Success Management and implement them with other teams.
integrate yourself as part of a small team in interdisciplinary projects.
About you.
You play pickleball and/or tennis yourself and have very good pickleball know-how.
You are digital-savvy and have a basic technical understanding.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. German or other languages are a plus.
You have an eye for detail and are passionate about a solution- and customer-oriented exchange with our users.
What we offer you.
Full remote working environment within our US service times (9am - 5pm EST).
Individual training and long-term support for your personal development.
Working in a young and ambitious team.
Flat hierarchies with short decision-making processes and room for your own ideas.
About us.
Wingfield was founded in 2017 with the mission to unleash the power of racket sports through innovative technology in all its facets. In doing so, we create outstanding user experiences that move racket sports forward sustainably. Wingfield is the world’s first tracking product designed for Pickleball courts. Powered with the latest AI, the Wingfield system tracks the speed, placement, and height of all shots and provides on- and off-court features that help players improve.
Greetings from the Service Team.
Most of our service team members work remotely but are in close contact with the sales and product development teams at the same time. Even if our daily business is dominated by customer contact, the interdisciplinary exchange provides exciting variety. Our ultimate goal is to create happy customers. There is nothing better than solving a problem or receiving honest, positive feedback from a user.
