Fast access to your member’s player rating

The DUPR rating is often used to assign pickleball players of a similar level to group clinics or leagues. 🔢 If a player either does not yet have an official rating or feels that their current rating does not reflect their actual level, they can be rated by the Wingfield Box's Player Assessment mode. Dashboard Update 2.2.0 now makes it even easier for you to access these ratings.🔓

• Player Ratings: Explore a new page featuring pickleball assessment scores of your Box users.

• Automatic translation to DUPR: We translate the Player Assessment Score into a hypothetical DUPR rating that you can use to assign your members to appropriate leagues or open play sessions.

• Time-Based Filters: Filter graphs by year or the last 12 months for a clearer overview.

Exciting news! 🎉 With App version 2.1.0 and Box version 2.14.0, Pickleball has finally found its way into the Wingfield world.Feature list:

With the new Account Manager in your Admin Dashboard, you can now upgrade your members' user accounts to the Pro plan and unlock additional video storage, attractive discounts on LK matches and all AI video tools in the app, among other things.

• Intuitive allocation: Once users play with your Wingfield Box, they appear in your user list.

• One-click upgrades: Simply unlock all paid features by clicking the “upgrade to pro“ button.

Stream your matches with the Wingfield Box.

Live streaming is now available on all Wingfield boxes with Baseline Camera. Stream your live events without limits and reach fans beyond your club boundaries. Activate your Streaming Planner in your Admin Dashboard now.

• Streaming Planner: Plan and stream matches in your Admin Dashboard.

• Live scoring tool: Always provide your viewers with the right result for your stream via the Admin Dashboard.

We are redesigning our community rankings.

In the new Explore section, you can now find other players and compare your stats with the global community or users from your club. That's all new:

• Community rankings: We improved the design and navigation of the rankings.

• Camera settings: In mobile LK matches, you can now also use the front camera, making it easier to attach and align your smartphone with fence clamps.

Keep full control over your Wingfield Boxes

Our brand new admin dashboard is here, and it makes managing your Wingfield Boxes easier than ever. Valuable insights into your systems and direct access to support resources will help you get the most out of your boxes.

• Usage overview: Track how many users have used your Wingfield Boxes in the last month and which session types are currently the most popular.

• Box Health: Check the system status of your Wingfield Boxes and find out immediately if a system is offline or a connection to the baseline camera has been lost.

• Self-Service: A variety of helpful support resources are available in your user interface.

DTB LK matches are now also available for mobile.

From now on, you can not only use the Wingfield Box to rate matches for your DTB performance class officially. Record matches anytime and anywhere with your smartphone using the Wingfield app. Enter the result at the end of the match in the app and submit it for independent review. You can access the LK functions by linking your account to your mybigpoint profile.

• Mobile Session: Create a match room in the Wingfield App and challenge other players to an official LK match.

• Result input for mobile sessions: The smart result input of the Wingfield Box is now also available for mobile LK sessions in the Wingfield app.

• Match validation for mobile matches: Our proven review process is now also available for smartphone match recordings in Germany.

Tracking optimization for all Wingfield Boxes

A few adjustments under the bonnet will boost your Wingfield boxes' performance at the end of the year. You can look forward to these updates in Box version 2.8.0...

• Box Settings: Customers can now easily set up a baseline cam, switch the language, or connect to the WIFI at the Wingfield Box!

• Calibration Check: Users can now view a live stream from the box cameras within settings and setup mode. This stream displays calibration points, providing a handy tool for verifying the current calibration and checking if the camera lenses are dirty.

• Improved Player Detection: Introducing our groundbreaking AI model. Now, with faster batch processing and exceptional performance in sunny conditions. Get ready for a smarter, quicker experience.

• Better Ball Detection: Enhanced for extreme lighting, our improved ball detection model ensures no moment is missed, regardless of the light conditions.

• Highlight Video Magic: We’ve infused some extra pizzazz into our highlight reel magic by tracking whether a winner or an error concluded a rally. Expect more jaw-dropping highlights showcasing those killer shots that turn players into legends.

Changes for LK-Matches with Wingfield

The German Tennis Federation has adapted the rules for LK matches with Wingfield. The following changes will come into force from August 2023. This is new:

• Within 12 month a maximum of 15 LK matches may be played with Wingfield (previously 10 LK matches).

• Within twelve month, only 3 LK matches with Wingfield may be played against the same person.

• A maximum of two matches per day are allowed

• A maximum of one match per day may be played against the same person.

• The maximum age difference of both players must not exceed 20 years.

We bring more order into your session details and add several new features and stats. The shot analysis now always follows the same logic: Where did I make my mistakes? How fast did I hit the ball? Did I have enough height in my shot, or did I play too risky? And for your serves, we now show you your most promising strategies to win the point. This is all new...

Check out the online status of your court at any time.

With the app update 1.21.0, you can now see if your Wingfield boxes are online and connected to the Baseline Cameras. Thanks to the new feature, you can also report any problems with the system directly to our support team.

The new Shot Tracker now summarizes your top speeds and percentage of shots played IN after each workout. Click on “Overview“ at your workout and compare your performance with your fellow players.

Multi User Login now allows up to four players to log in

It's time again for a Wingfield Box update. Version 1.8.0 comes with a lot of small UI adjustments as well as a huge optimisation of the user flow. You can also look forward to these features...

• Multi User Login: Up to four players can now log in for a workout at the same time.

• More intuitive playing mode setup: Choose which two (of the maximum four) players should play on which side before a session and adjust your selection again before each following session.

• Team Scores: In addition to the individual scores of the players, a combined score for both playing partners is now also displayed on the box after a drill.

• Quick Drills: After a drill you can repeat the same exercise with only two clicks.

• Missing Avatars: If no profile picture has been uploaded to your profile, your initials will now be displayed on the box.

• Bug Fix: Problem with incorrectly displayed match tiebreaks is now fixed.

Time is money. With update 1.16.0 you can now play your videos at double speed. But that's not all. Here's what to expect from the new update.

Faster verification for LK matches with mybigpoint

Starting with this update you can unlock your competition profile with mybigpoint. Just click on "mybigpoint" within the connection step. You will then be redirected to a mybigpoint website where you can log in with your mybigpoint credentials in order to connect both accounts even faster. But that's not all..

• We cleaned up the app menu up a little bit.

• Report problems or share feedback more easily via the Help & Support area of the menu.

• In-App Browser opens up external links without leaving the app now.

Follow relationship coming to the Wingfield world

With the app update 1.11.0 you can finally connect with other users. This is the first step towards creating even more interaction potential between all players on the platform in the future. But that's not all. This is also new:

One of the biggest updates we have ever released on the Wingfield Box so far has just been shipped.

• From now on, video highlights will have sound if you download them from the app

• Implementation of a completely new logging (not so cool for you, but a huge step for us to find bugs)

• Bug Fix: Match Tiebreak sometimes had false winner and inverted score on the box screen

• The net attacks stats are now aligned with the smart video filter

• Incorrectly clicked side changes are now deleted automatically at the end of the match

• We also cleaned up and removed more than 30,000 lines lines of deprecated code (nerd talk)

Stay up to date with push notifications

Starting with App Release 1.6.0, you have the option to activate push notifications in your settings. This way we can keep you posted about any news from the Wingfield world. And this is also new...

• Skip breaks is now set as a default if you click on a video filter

• "Add credit card screen" is now scrollable

• Included a profile info banner for pending email validation – so confirm your email, folks!

Our A.I. now detects offensive and defensive game play in your video

App Update 1.5.0 comes along with new video filters. You now have the option to filter your video according to offensive or defensive rallies. Our A.I. selects game sequences where you have either played more aggressively or defensively.

Attention: These filters are in a testing phase and are therefore beta-tagged. So bear with us if the sequences are not always accurately selected yet. The algorithms are constantly improving.

• Download highlight videos to the device directly

• Email validation status is now visible in the profile

• Coaches can now see every session of a connected player

• Fixed issue with data loading in leaderboards

Introducing world and club rankings

With the new App Update 1.4.0, the long-awaited drill rankings are finally coming to the Wingfield app. You can now compare your drill scores with other players from the community. Besides that, we also added the following improvements:

• Added SEPA as payment method for LK matches

• Possibility to refer your club from within the app

• Updated app intro

• Introduction of a "Whats New" pop-up to inform you about any changes within an update

• Optimization of the internal app navigation

Feature release: Match validation for national ratings

Box Release 1.3.0 brings the LK-Mode to the Wingfield Box! With the associated match validation, you can now play official LK matches whenever you want. Matches will automatically be reviewed by the system and forwarded to the corresponding federation.

The validation process is based on two-factors: During the match our A.I. analyses various criteria, such as individual playing behaviour or possible rule violations. If inconsistencies occur during the match, critical sequences are automatically marked in the match data and will later be reviewed by independent referees via video evidence.

Smart video filters extending Wingfield Pro features

App Update 1.2.0 puts the video player in the spotlight. A modern user interface and intuitive navigation take the player to a new level. Decide what you want to see in the video with the new intelligent filters. For example, watch only your serves, net attacks, the serve+1 and return+1 patterns or highlights of a session.
