What to expect.
As a bridge between our customers and our product development, you will on the one hand receive support requests, solve problems and structure feedback, but on the other hand you will also have a significant influence on our processes and approaches in Customer Success Management. As a Service Manager, you will also...
manage our service channels (chats, e-mails, hotline) and process incoming support cases, but often also conduct initial calls with potential customers.
support our customers remotely during installation, conduct onboardings with new customers and closely accompany subsequent kick-off phases.
report product bugs and forward urgent problems to our development team.
be responsible for the organisation of the Wingfield LK leagues and LK matches.
independently create reports on customer satisfaction.
structure customer feedback and independently develop conclusions for our Customer Success Management and implement them with other teams.
integrate yourself as part of a small team in interdisciplinary projects.
You play tennis yourself and have very good tennis know-how.
You are digital-savvy and have basic technical understanding.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are able to communicate in business fluent English.
You have an eye for detail and are passionate about solution- and customer-oriented exchange with our users.
What we offer.
Flexible work schedules and a remote-friendly work environment.
Individual training and long-term support for your personal development.
Work in a young and ambitious team.
Flat hierarchies with short decision-making processes and room for your own ideas.
Wingfield was founded in 2017 with the mission to unleash the power of tennis, through the use of innovative technology. We aim to become the number one digital competition and coaching platform for racquet sports. Our smart net post - the Wingfield Box - opens up access to virtual worlds of experience and provides amateur players with the same insights that were previously only available to the pros on tour.
What the application process looks like.
You want to actively shape the future of our sport? Then join us on our mission! This is how our journey together could continue:
