We are looking for a Commercial Growth Driver to spearhead our expansion within the European Union, with a primary focus on the French market. You will be the face of Wingfield for some of the most prestigious clubs and academies in Europe.

What to Expect

You will take full ownership of the sales funnel for your designated European territories, blending digital precision with on-the-ground passion.

  • Strategic market expansion: Drive growth in the French-speaking market and support strategic leads across the EU. You will manage the entire sales process, identify and secure strategic outbound opportunities with premier racket centres, member clubs, and private academies.

  • Full-cycle sales ownership: Manage everything from high-intent inbound leads to proactive outbound prospecting. You are responsible for the deal from first contact to the final "close."

  • The "Wingfield Playbook": Master our sales methodology and maintain high CRM standards in HubSpot. Data is our fuel; you’ll use it to optimize your pipeline and conversion.

  • Hybrid product demos: Lead high-impact virtual product tours and travel occasionally for live, on-court demonstrations to showcase our AI-tracking and automated content creation.

  • Industry representation: Act as a brand ambassador at major European trade shows and tournaments (e.g., in Paris or London), building a robust network within the European racket sports ecosystem.

That’s You

We are looking for a digital mind with a racket sports heart.

  • The sales expert: 3+ years of experience in B2B Tech Sales (SaaS/Hardware). You have a proven track record of exceeding targets and managing complex sales cycles independently.

  • Bilingual proficiency: You are bilingual in English and French (both at a native or professional negotiation level). You can pitch with the same charisma and precision in both languages.

  • Racket sports enthusiast: You live and breathe Tennis, Padel, or Pickleball. You understand the "club culture" and can build instant rapport with club owners, presidents, and head coaches.

  • Dynamic deal maker: You are proactive, resilient, and possess a "conquest" mindset while maintaining a professional, consultative approach.

  • Digital native: You are a HubSpot power user (or equivalent) and understand how to leverage digital tools (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Calendly) for maximum efficiency.
